What's the difference between an Elopement and a Destination Wedding?

Great Question!

Elopements are intended to be private weddings. They are focused on you as a couple, and your rites of marriage.

There's no grand entrance, no "giving away," and no marriage address.

In short: the ceremony is just for the two of you.

An intimate way to say your vows - with less pressure and formality.

Elopements are perfect for no guests, or just a few guests.

Invite your BFF's, invite your kids - but when you invite too many people... an elopement ceremony is too small for the occasion.

My elopements are short/sweet and contain light customization based on your questionnaire responses. They are generally non-religious... but I'm happy to sprinkle a little sanctification in there as you wish.

If you have more guests - please consider:

Destination Weddings/Full Ceremonies are more of a community experience with traditional elements: formal entrances/exits, tributes, and open/close addresses.

Full ceremonies don't have to take forever (they can be as short as 15 minutes) and they're more interesting and entertaining for your people than an intimate elopement.
